ICE FORCE SUMMER HOUSE LEAGUE
Ages 6-12 years old
This hockey program was developed as a bridge program to take your player from hockey lessons into competitive play, offering programs at all age groups and levels.
The mission of Ice Force Hockey is to introduce Southern Maryland's youth to the great game of hockey and help develop their passion for the game that stays with them throughout their life.
Ice Force Hockey's foundation is built upon the principles of teamwork, sportsmanship, education, and respect for the game (coaches, officials, teammates, and opposition), which is instilled into every youth athlete that participates in our programs.
Players will be drafted onto a team after registration closes with an effort made to keep the teams balanced for peak compete level.
In general, teams will have 1 practice and 1 game per week from April through July. Holidays and events will require skipping certain weeks. A complete schedule will be sent detailing ice times.
Games will be played adhering to USA Hockey rules and officiated accordingly.
Practices will be Wednesday evenings after 6pm and games will be held starting early Sunday morning.
Ice Force Hockey is a PVAHA affiliated program.
*Players who are incoming freshmen and above should play in the High School Draft Hockey League and not within this league.
**This is a developmental league and should be the level of play expected by all participants.
